Salvador Bustos ganó el Internacional de Italia

El tandilense sigue haciendo historia en el longcasting. Ahora se quedó con el tiro más largo en el Abierto organizado en Rivisondoli y con la participación de un excelente nivel de tiradores.

Sábado y domingo tuvo lugar en Rivisondoli, en Italia, el Abierto Internacional de Longcasting, donde participaron los mejores tiradores italianos, algunos franceses, y dos argentinos que vienen dando que hablar en la actividad, Salvador Bustos, quíntuple campeón mundial individual, y Juan Hamber, actual subcampeón general.

Se trató de dos días de lanzamientos, donde cada caster tiraba dos plomos por día a elección, siempre respetando los gramos que rigen en competencia, es decir, 100, 125, 150 y 175 gramos. Al cabo de las dos jornadas, se computaba el tiro más largo para determinar los ganadores. 

La primera jornada tuvo al marplatense Juan Hamber como ganador, con un lanzamiento de 266,50 m. de la pedana de tiro, siendo su escolta el tandilense Salvador Bustos, con 263,65 m. Completó el podio, el italiano Filippo Montepagano, con 256,17 m. 

El segundo día de actividad quedó en manos del argentino Salvador Bustos se quedaría con la victoria, en una dura batalla con Hamber, y definiendo a favor del serrano por sólo 50 cm, quedándose con el torneo. Para Bustos, la importante marca de 267,85 metros, con el detalle de que participó con un desgarro en el isquiotibial, lo que no le permitía apoyar correctamente para girar y efectuar los lances. Detrás de los dos exponentes de Argentina se ubicó Alessio Massa, con 263,83 m. Hamber y Bustos, además, ganaron por equipos. 

Bustos se adueñó del Abierto Internacional, tal como ocurrió en otros eventos de este tipo, en Rhinolivier, en Inglaterra o en suelo argentino, en Miramar. Argentina sigue siendo la principal potencia a nivel mundial. Éxitos que tratará de seguir revalidando de cara a las próximas dos citas mundialistas, el próximo año en Italia, y en 2025, en donde Argentina recibirá a la élite de la actividad.
