Villa Gesell tuvo su gran fiesta de la brótola

Con la participación de 628 pescadores, el Club de Pesca, Caza y Náutica de Villa Gesell realizó su tradicional torneo, en su 24° edición.

Fue todo un éxito una nueva edición del torneo en búsqueda de la brótola de mayor peso en las playas de Villa Gesell, en un torneo organizado muy bien por la gente del club local, una entidad que sabíamos que trabaja muy bien, pero, en esta ocasión, lo pudimos ver en persona, acompañando a estos amigos desde la previa al concurso.

El sábado, visitamos la sede del club para compartir el clásico agasajo que se le da a los medios que dan cobertura al evento. Pudimos reencontrarnos con colegas amigos que hace mucho no veíamos, como Francisco «Paco» García, Gustavo Mehl y Alberto Fructuoso, referentes de tantos años en los medios de la región. Además, pudimos volver a estrechar un abrazo con Oscar Torchelli de Azul, conocer a un compañero de tantos años como Diego Araujo, Pedro Merlos de Olavarría y dos exponentes de la competencia que hacen comunicación también, como Daniel Pavoni y Juan Nogueira. El recibimiento de la gente del club, sin palabras, con la invitación de Miguel Dipardo, tantos años charlando con nuestro Planeta Pesca, el enorme placer de compartir lindas charlas con Ricardo Roullier, quien nos mostró las instalaciones del club, y el presidente, Pablo Krotsch, otro que destila buenas energías al igual que el resto de los muchachos de la fiscalización y de la CD. Degustamos un excelente menú, y pasada la medianoche nos retiramos para dejarlos descansar un rato.

Al día siguiente, fue el turno de la competencia, desde temprano la fisonomía de la ciudad cambió, con muchas cañas ingresando por la avenida principal. Serian 628 las inscripciones, un número muy interesante para los tiempos que atravesamos. El día soñado, una temperatura que ni el más optimista pensaba y un estado del mar muy interesante para la especie. El pique fue discreto, quizás, como siempre, los plomos alejan el pez, o vaya a saber la razón, aunque se logró completar holgadamente la ganchera.

Quién se llevó la gloria en esta ocasión, fue Juan Carlos Pietrantuono, quién vino de la localidad de Pipinas a participar y había elegido el lugar el día anterior, cuando acompañado de su esposa Ana, le gustó ese sitio, una olla de muy buena profundidad. No pasó mucho de que arrancó el torneo hasta que el pique deseado llegó. Atrás clasificó Mariano Segovia, de Las Toninas, con un pez que picó en un anzuelo cargadito de anchoa únicamente, y completó el podio Marcelo Cejas, un cordobés que a las brótolas las tiene muy lejos, pero que le encontró la vuelta en esta ocasión. 

La entrega de premios, en manos de Gustavo Mehl, un experimentado en la materia, contó con decenas de premios, lo que generó expectativa entre los pescadores hasta el final. Pulgar para arriba para una edición más de este torneo e ilusión por lo que puede venirse el año próximo, con la edición N° 25 de esta gran fiesta.
