El Club Quilmes concretó este domingo su 23ª edición del concurso a las 6 horas a la corvina de mayor peso en Reta, y en un día que fue mejorando lentamente hasta terminar de excelente forma, el gran ganador fue Ezequiel Morales de Monte Hermoso con un ejemplar de 3,220 kilogramos.
En total fueron 740 los inscriptos, cumpliendo las expectativas de los organizadores, que contaron con la fiscalización del Club Marea Roja.
La jornada en Reta comenzó con viento del sudoeste, algo que presagiaba un día difícil para la pesca. Pero el mar se mantuvo calmo, el viento fue mermando y rápidamente la ganchera se completó con los 20 puestos puntuables.
Una de las primeras corvinas de mayor porte que salió fue la de Ariel Siniscalco, de Lobería, con 2,055 kilogramos a 17 minutos de inicio del certamen. Pero rápidamente fue superado y a la mitad del certamen el líder era Iván Manaccero de Buenos Aires con un ejemplar de 2,315, quien finalmente quedó segundo ya que en la última mitad Ezequiel Morales presentó su corvina apenas 5 gramos más pesada, pescada en el límite oeste de la cancha.
El podio lo completó una dama con una rica historia de pesca y concursos, como es Claudia Porciel de Reta. Ubicada en el segundo sector de la cancha que iniciaba en la Bajada de los Pescadores hasta inmediaciones del río Quequén, la local capturó una pieza de 2,280 que también le permitió ganar en damas.
El resto de la clasificación se completó rápidamente, lo que generó cambios continuos en la ganchera, y hasta el último instante ya que la pieza de Gonzalo Racciatti de 2,025 que le valió el octavo lugar arribó al Anfiteatro en la colecta final de los controles. Mientras que la pieza que cerró los 20 primeros fue la de Carlos Cordeiro con un peso de 1,535.
“Salió todo de 10″ Al término del concurso habló con La Voz del Pueblo Gastón Iudice del Club Quilmes y Marea Roja, que sobre lo acontecido en Reta reconoció: «Muy contento por todo, la pesca muy buena y la gente nos acompañó mucho. Ni un problema, salió todo de 10».
Tras destacar que “la gente pescadora siempre apoya a los clubes que hacen las cosas bien» y subrayar el clima favorable para el certamen, agregó sobre las capturas: «Habremos pesado 60/70 corvinas. Muy buena pesca, por ahí faltó un poco el tamaño, pero corvinas en cantidad».
