Como suele acostumbrar este Balneario, el ganador no se supo hasta el final. Gran torneo del Oriente F.C en Marisol, con victoria de Agustín Ferraro, un jóven pero muy experimentado pescador de Pigué.
En un inolvidable final, como suele regalarnos Marisol, se realizó en el balneario dorreguense el séptimo concurso a la corvina mayor del Oriente Fútbol Club, concurso que marcó el primero de la temporada 2022-2023 y que tuvo todo tipo de condimentos para disfrutarlo, de acuerdo a lo que señala el diario regional La Voz del Pueblo.
En un mañana fresca y ventosa, pero totalmente soleada, la primera novedad fue el buen número de cañas que hubo, contabilizaron poco menos de 800 participantes, cuando las anticipadas habían sido sólo de 410. La segunda sorpresa, fue el escaso número de piezas que se sacaron durante las primeras horas del evento, que se extendió hasta las 16. Aunque la esperanza era que la pesca repuntara cerca de finalizar el evento pesquero, ya que la marea iba a estar alta en ese entonces. Y así fue.
Desde poco más del mediodía el líder de la clasificación del concurso principal era el oriental Patricio Thomas, quien ganaba el concurso hasta las 15, pero entonces el pique repuntó como especulaban los conocedores y primero Martín Elizari, de Tres Arroyos, más tarde Santiago Traverso, de Oriente, luego Hernán Jensen y Emiliano Martínez de Monte Hermoso lideraron la ganchera en un frenético final, hasta que finalmente en el último control llegó la pieza de Agustín Ferraro de Pigüé quien en el último tiro, ya en el cierre de la jornada pesquera logró sacar cerca del final de la cancha de pesca una hermosa a corvina de casi 3,500 kilos.
Alegría inmensa para el pigüense que se llevó 2,2 millones de pesos, mientras que Martínez obtuvo 1,1 millones de pesos y Hernán Jensen se llevó 650 mil pesos para Indio Rico.
En tanto, el concurso paralelo a la pieza mayor también se definió sobre el final, cuando el pescado de Olavarría, José Ángulo quedó en el primer puesto con un chucho de 9,780 kilos y se llevó los 230 mil pesos correspondientes para el ganador de ese concurso.
Fermín Bertone de Oriente, ganó el primer puesto de cadetes ($ 40.000); Anabella Mendizabal de Oriente ganó el primer premio para las damas ($ 40.000) y el mejor socio, fue Santiago Traverso, quien se llevó $ 130.000 por este logro. Por otra parte, el ganador del sorteo de las anticipadas fue para Marcelo Arana, de Tres Arroyos, quien ganó $ 400.000.
Una alegría desbordante
Agustín Ferraro de Pigüé no va a olvidar fácilmente lo vivido este domingo en Marisol, cuando tras haber luchado hasta último momento por sacar una pieza digna, de acuerdo al esfuerzo que había hecho, logró capturarla a segundos de finalizar el concurso y se llevó 2,2 millones de pesos gracias a esa corvina de 3,480 kilos.
“Es una emoción tremenda la que viví, se dio a último momento y por eso estoy más contento todavía”, reconoció Agustín, quien comentó: “Pescamos a 1500 metros del final de la cancha, hicimos una movida a 300 metros que estaba sacando una corvina ahí al lado, paramos y se dio casi enseguida”.
“Fue increíble porque veníamos sacando todas piezas chicas de variada, pescadilla, gatuzo, rayas, bagres y al final se dio”, destacó.
El concurso “estuvo impecable, hubo muchas piezas al final, la ganchera movió con todo y por suerte se dio para mí esta vez”, finalizó Agustín con una sonrisa y emoción difícil de describir.
Botas: “Estábamos un poco preocupados”
Horacio Botas, presidente del Oriente Fútbol Club se mostró satisfecho por el resultado del concurso, aunque reconoció que los dirigentes estaban inquietos por el número de pescadores que se habían inscriptos de manera anticipada. “Estábamos un poquito preocupados por la cantidad de anticipadas que habíamos tenido (410), pero bueno, el tiempo nos acompañó y el pescador también”, sostuvo más aliviado al cerrarse el concurso que entregó 6,6 millones de pesos y finalmente tuvo 800 pescadores a lo largo de los 18 kilómetros de la extensa cancha de pesca propuesta por el club.
“Al principio nos faltaba lo principal, que era la pesca, pero en las primeras horas de la tarde se empezó a dar la pesca también”, agregó Botas, quien destacó que Marisol “siempre brinda buena pesca”.
Para finalizar, Botas se mostró satisfecho. “Hemos trabajado con todo, pero fue fundamental el apoyo del municipio y de la delegación. Además, estamos muy agradecidos de los pescadores que vinieron a concursar por la mano que nos dieron y muy satisfechos por el equipo de trabajo del club, con la mujeres empujando del carro, con muchas personas que se suman a la comisión que hacen que podamos organizar este evento.
