Tras el segundo puesto en la apertura de año, Leandro Trevisiol ahora se subió a lo más alto del podio, en una mañana de domingo signada por la falta de pique en nuestro espejo de agua local.
Tras varios días de heladas muy fuertes, la mañana del domingo se presentó algo más agradable para el pescador que se acercó al clásico reducto de competencias del Centro Náutico del Fuerte, en la isla de nuestro lago del Fuerte. Ausencia de viento en superficie, sumada a una baja temperatura eran un preámbulo de que iba a ser una mañana difícil para el pique, aunque el sol que tímidamente iba calentando ilusionaba con un panorama distinto. No fue así, y los 23 pescadores que se animaron a enfrentar el frío de un otoño que le va dando paso al invierno, se encontraron con una actividad piscatoria devaluada.
Divididos en modalidad fondo, flote y hasta algunos usando boyas elevadoras para levantar los aparejos, las esperanzas se fueron derrumbando para muchos en los primeros minutos. Una muy leve brisa en el sector de los peines, zona que, en estas condiciones, siempre paga bien con algún ejemplar a fondo, y así fue, con la primer captura del día en manos de Leandro Trevisiol, aquel pescador que irrumpiera en la primer fecha con un segundo puesto y diez extracciones, pero que esta vez lograría un sólo ejemplar y se quedaría con su primer victoria en las huestes del CNF, con el aditamento de llevarse la copa Emilia e Isidoro Cabrera, en una nueva edición. Segundo puesto y puntos gordos para meterse en el Top 10 para Diego Peralta, mientras que el tercer lugar del podio correspondió al inoxidable Enrique Martínez, quien durante gran parte del torneo se ilusionaba con la punta del campeonato, ya que pisaban en falso tanto Aldo Spina como Mariano Sosa, lideres del certamen que lleva el auspicio, como es tradicional, de la gente de Casa Atahualpa, comercio local que siempre acompaña nuestra aventura de pesca. Poco duró la ilusión para el popular «Quique», ya que promediando el último tramo del concurso, Sosa logró su ansiada captura y se metió cuarto, delante de otro que peina canas, el hábil Omar Belizan, y quien estuviera a cargo del auspicio de esta fecha, con su tradicional comercio, «El Biguá».
Cumplido el cuarto encuentro cañofilo del año para el CNF, el actual monarca del club tomó la punta del campeonato y amenaza con no soltarla, buscando imitar a Adrián Quinteros, el último bicampeón del club. 118 puntos para Sosa, nueve más que Martínez, el que asoma como el gran retador, por delante de Spina que tiene 98 y se perfila como el último en condiciones de pelear por el titulo. La próxima fecha se anuncia para el 3 de julio, quinta del calendario deportivo y que tendrá el condimento de tener en juego la copa Alberto Tripodi, homenaje a uno de los referentes de la actividad en la ciudad de Tandil que nos dejara físicamente en el año 2018.
