Villa Gesell despidió la temporada con su concurso de pesca

Casi en el cierre del mes de abril, el Club de Pesca, Caza y Náutica realizó el torneo 69° aniversario, en una jornada desapacible desde lo climático y con escaso pique.

Tras un sábado muy agradable y con buena temperatura que hizo ilusionar a más de uno, el otoño se hizo presente este domingo en las playas del partido de Villa Gesell, donde en una mañana ventosa y con baja sensación térmica se realizó el concurso organizado por el club de pesca local y que contó con la participación de 253 cañófilos de la región que aguantaron un fuerte viento del sudeste.

La actividad marcaba el cierre de una larga seguidilla de torneos que se han realizado en la costa bonaerense, desde San Clemente del Tuyú hasta San Blas, desde septiembre hasta ahora. En este caso, se trataba de un concurso especial y muy tradicional, enmarcado en los festejos del 69° aniversario del Club de Pesca, Caza y Náutica de Villa Gesell, entidad que estuvo a cargo de la organización y fiscalización, con su presidente como referencia principal, Pablo Krotsch y un importante grupo de colaboradores y dirigentes que hacen que, cada competencia, sea un éxito.

A pesar de que el mar se presentó en un estado aceptable, el pique no acompañó, y sólo se registraron 7 capturas que superaron el peso mínimo de 1 kilo. El torneo era a la pieza mayor, con excepción del chucho, especie que apareció con un ejemplar de muy buen porte, pero que, como sabían los pescadores, no era válido, lo que motivó la rápida devolución al mar. La victoria, tras soportar 4 horas de competencia, y el premio mayor de 1 millón de pesos correspondió al pescador de Santa Teresita, Pablo Escudero, quien temprano logró un bagre de 2,263 kg.

Tras esta competencia, entre muchas otras actividades de la institución geselina, los cañones apuntan a una nueva edición de la tradicional Fiesta Nacional de la Brótola, torneo que se realizará en octubre y festejará su 25° edición.

1° Pablo Escudero (Santa Teresita) – Bagre de Mar 2.881 kg.
2° Juan Carlos Luján (Mar del Plata) – Corvina 2,115 kg.
3° Daniel Oviedo (Villa Gesell) – Bagre de Mar 1,924 kg.
4° Nicolás Rojo (Mar del Plata) – Bagre de Mar 1,287 kg.
5° Marcelo Galarraga (General Madariaga) – Corvina 1,162 kg.
6° Diego Pastorino (Mar de Ajó) – Corvina 1,162 kg.
7° Pedro Cordoba (Villa Gesell) – Corvina 1,091 kg.
