Aldo Spina dueño de la Challenger del Náutico

El pasado domingo, el Centro Náutico del Fuerte realizó su clásica Copa Challenger, evento que marca el inicio de una nueva temporada de pesca, tras la finalización de la veda del pejerrey.

El pasado domingo, bajo condiciones climáticas agradables, buena temperatura y una tormenta que se acercaba lentamente, se desarrollo la Copa Challenger del CNF, trofeo que se ponía en juego en su décima edición. 23 pescadores se acercaron a este propuesta gestada por la subcomisión de pesca del club, con el popular «Quique» Martínez como líder del equipo de trabajo, y que ponía en juego otras dos copas. Por un lado, la Copa Cadetes, 5° edición, y la Copa Challenger homenaje a Gustavo H Nanti, instituida a partir de este año.

Tal como nos tiene acostumbrado «la isla» del lago, el pique se presentó muy diferente a lo que venía siendo en otros sectores del espejo, con una importante actividad de pejerreyes que tomaban las carnadas, en su mayoría, en aparejos de flote. La dama Melina Leguizamón marcó primero, confirmando que su buena labor en el torneo del Club de Pesca no fue una casualidad, y, poco a poco, fueron extrayendo piezas todos los pescadores. Notable accionar del experimentado Aldo Spina, ganador de la Copa en 2014, quien tras lograr extraer 26 piezas, se quedó con la victoria. Segundo lugar para Simón Valentini, ganador de la Copa Cadetes y metiéndose entre los más avezados cañofilos, completando el podio Facundo Menchon, quien sumo 20 piezas. Para Spina, segunda custodia de la copa, misma cantidad que Menchon y Edgardo Cuadrelli, quedando más cerca de quedársela en forma definitiva.

La subcomisión de pesca anunció, que de no mediar cambios, en marzo, como es tradicional, dará inicio a su calendario de pesca de costa en su tradicional reducto de «La Isla». Más acá en el almanaque, en los meses de enero y febrero, tendrán lugar los tradicionales torneos nocturnos.
