Este miércoles a las 20.00, en el Teatro del Fuerte se realizará la Fiesta del Deporte 2022, el evento en el que se distingue a los deportistas tandilenses destacados del año.
En esta oportunidad habrá ternas para 37 disciplinas, con un total de 115 deportistas. Los ganadores en cada categoría competirán por el premio “Movediza de Plata”.
En la terna de pesca se encuentran, Eduardo Chermelo, José Durand y Ezequiel Vélez, tres pescadores que se destacaron durante el año 2022.
Chermelo, llega a este nueva edición de los premios deportivos, con destacados resultados. Fue cuarto en los Provinciales de FEPYLBA tras 15 pruebas muy competitivas en toda la Provincia, siendo el mejor tandilense, representando a la Peña Pescadores de Tandil. Además, fue uno de los serranos que clasificó a los Campeonatos Nacionales, finalizando en el 11° puesto, tras ser segundo en una de las competencias. A nivel local, compitió en la modalidad embarcados del Club de Pesca Tandil, ganando una de las fechas y peleando por el campeonato que aún no finalizó.
Durand, logró imponerse en la faz local de los Juegos Bonaerenses para adultos mayores, hizo lo mismo en la regional y se coronó en Mar del Plata, en la final Provincial.
Por el lado de Vélez, auspiciosa tarea en el Campeonato Nacional, donde ganó una de las pruebas y finalizó en el cuarto puesto en la clasificación final. A nivel Provincial, a pesar de no competir en uno de los fines de semana, cumplió una destacada labor, al igual que en los campeonatos del Club de Pesca Tandil, donde estuvo en el Top 5 en todas las modalidades.
