En un domingo muy frío, el Club de Pesca Tandil desarrolló la tercer y cuarta fecha de su calendario, dentro del campeonato de costa que lleva el auspicio de La Boutique del Pescador y del anual que tiene el acompañamiento de Casa Atahualpa. En esta ocasión, estuvo en juego la Copa Challenger Jorge Quinteros, un merecido homenaje a un gran amigo que nos dejó hace muy poco y que fue un colaborador tanto de esta institución como del Tandil Pesca Club.
El primer torneo, con un pique bueno por momentos y un clima agradable, frío pero que se soportaba con buen abrigo y con un pejerrey que picó en forma activa. Victoria para el experimentado Guillermo Alperte, con 14 extracciones, escoltado por Jeronimo Sturla y Gustavo Azzerini.
Pasada media mañana, dio comienzo el segundo torneo, allí el clima se puso difícil, con un fuerte viento que hizo descender notoriamente la sensación térmica. Varios pescadores, promediando el torneo, decidieron abandonar. Ganó Mariano Sosa, volviendo a los primeros planos tras un largo tiempo. Gustavo Nanti y Hernan Palazuelos completaron el podio.
Tras la suma de las competencias, Guillermo Alperte se quedó por un año con la Copa homenaje a Jorge Quinteros, seguido muy de cerca por el recuperado Sosa.
Cumplidas cuatro fechas, lidera el campeonato Alperte, con una ventaja importante pero no definitiva de cara al cierre de calendario en muy pocos días.
Por último, recordamos como está el Campeonato Anual que tendrá continuidad con la pesca embarcados.
