Hamber dueño de la primera de la zona centro

En Coronel Vidal dio inicio un nuevo año del longcasting, actividad que tiene una temporada especial sin el tirador que se ha quedado con los últimos 6 títulos en forma consecutiva.

La temporada del longcasting en la zona centro dio comienzo este domingo 21, con una muy buena concurrencia de tiradores de toda la región, catalogada por muchos como la más picante del país, en alusión a los grandes lanzamientos y buenos casters que compiten. Fueron 51 los deportistas que pasaron por la pedana entre las tres categorías principales, damas, cadetes e infantiles, siendo el plomo, como es habitual, que marca el inicio de la temporada, el de 175 gramos.

La apertura tuvo la ausencia de un animador clásico en las planillas, hablamos del tandilense Salvador Bustos, ganador de los últimos 6 campeonatos de la zona en forma consecutiva. Tras el Mundial de Italia, el de raíces en Gardey cristalizo su anunciado retiro y dejó la vara alta para que siga creciendo la actividad.

La victoria correspondió al nuevo campeón del mundo, Juan Hamber, quien dominó con comodidad la fecha, metiendo un lanzamiento de 273,37 m, un verdadero bombazo que fue inalcanzable para el resto. Fue su escolta, en gran labor, el tandilense Nazareno Seren, quien se metió bien arriba con un tiro de 250,43 m, logrando su mejor resultado en la zona. Completó el podio Joaquín Quiroga, de Miramar, con 246,35 m.

Para destacar, participaron tiradores de Vidal, Balcarce, Mar del Plata, Tandil, Azul, Miramar, Santa Teresita, Necochea, Otamendi y San Clemente, entre otras localidades. La actividad tendrá continuidad el 12 de mayo, en Azul, con el lanzamiento de 150 gramos.
