Argentina se adueñó del tercer día del mundial de longcasting

El marplatense Juan Hamber fue campeón en 125 gramos y el equipo nacional volvió a ganar la general, con el tandilense Salvador Bustos dentro del equipo. Colaboración periodística: Diego Fernandez – Info Pesca MDQ.

Al fin llegó lo esperado: después de luchar palmo a palmo durante dos días, llegó el ansiado título del mundo para el marplatense Juan Hamber. En la categoría plomo de 125 gramos metió un lance de “otro torneo” y sobrepasó los 265 metros, casi 6 metros más que su inmediato perseguidor, el brasileño Jorge Neves, el único caster que superó los 250 metros en todos los intentos. El italiano Filippo Montepagano completó el podio.
El máximo registro apareció en el cuarto intento y fue el único que superó los 260 metros por amplio margen, marca que ya no pudo ser batida en los dos lances siguientes donde -paradójicamente- los participantes cayeron en su producción. Es para destacar el trabajo del miramarense Joaquín Quiroga, quien quedó muy cerca del podio y se ubicó cuarto con 256,60 metros, algunos centímetros arriba del multicampeón Salvador Bustos. Jornada para el olvido para el otro crédito serrano, Nazareno Seren, que tras estar en el top 10 en los dos primeros días de competencia, este miércoles quedó 19°, con un lanzamiento de 238,9 m.
Con estos resultados, el Equipo A de Argentina lidera cómodo el torneo por selecciones y Hamber se erige como el mejor en individuales, seguido de cerca por Montepagano. Entre ambos, de no mediar imponderables, estará el nuevo campeón del mundo que destrona al tandilense Bustos. Este jueves desde las 9 hora local (4 de la mañana hora argentina) se pondrá en marcha la competencia de los 100 gramos, el plomo más liviano, y que marcará el cierre del certamen que se está desarrollando en la ciudad de Viterbo.
